Slowing Down

Our grandparents used to get by with a slipjoint and a hand winding watch. While I love a nice modern knife I enjoy taking a day every now and then to enjoy a traditional. It forces you to slow down and be more engaged in the experience. I feel the same about the hand winder watches, you engage with them differently.
